Yes, I had the same problem. MS changed something with the msstyles file and Explorer, and themes based on old msstyles files no longer work
I could no longer open the Recycle Bin, for example, or This PC (via shortcuts)
So I redid my theme with Msstyle Editor (since WSB doesn't support Windows 11 24h2) and no more problems.

I found this one and others too (hotselected, etc.) that I also replaced with the images from the old Windows theme, just in case.
The images looked like the selection of the new theme (black outline) from 24h2.

When the text is hot (hover and selected)
Red is Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > Details > Selected > TEXTCOLOR
Green is Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > Details > Selected Property > TEXTCOLOR

Themes no longer work with the latest Windows 11 24h2 update (26100.3624).
Finally, everything works, but we can't open an Explorer window.

I assume MS changed something in the aero.msstyle file (no problem with the default theme)
I think we have to use the original aero.msstyle file (26100.3624) and modify everything again.

Since WSB no longer supports the themes (.msstyle file) for Windows 11 24h2, how can we modify the .msstyle file ?

In fact, it's not the theme but SAB that makes the rounded corners on these address bars and on the original theme (no link with Windows....) 

So next question, how to modify the image and have the corners like with SAB on the aero.msstyles?
