Start menu toolbar separator

Does someone know where to find this separator please ?

I've looked around toolbar but just found separators with no pics to replace

By the way I was wondering if it is possible to put a custom pic  to replace the defaut background of more programs place ? ( I founded how to change color in tree view but no pic to play with )
