{HELP} Taskbar Sizing Problem

So I am really hoping someone can help me with this.

This is how my Taskbar looks



And this is how it looks after I restart it

And when I unlock it, it still doesn't let me resize it smaller.  I have to revert back to aero make the taskbar smaller and then go back to my theme.

Well I figured it out, even though my start button was small enough the transparency around it was still making the image to big!
