WAU Panel & Text

If you ever want to change the blue panel and text in Windows Anytime Upgrade. Open WindowsAnytimeUpgradeui.exe UIFILEs and change the gradient to your color ( there's only one) and wau_title from (0,51,153) to your rgbs

Perhaps when you're done you can make a tutorial on how to make a decent dark theme with all these mods.

People are always making dark themes. Somebody considers each decent according to taste.

I document my system file changes in case anybody ever wants to do them and don't know how.

How people use or don't use them is their choice.

Linked the header gradient to an image in my .msstyles .

Other themes fall back to window color for the header , this causes white text on white background in light themes unless you change the text color "rgb" here > <if class="wau_header_title">

Delete this if it's going to cause problems, it was just a test Huh?
