I guess why I asked about the size was that I am trying to put a thought balloon around the size box so I could put what's in the picture around it...

I don't want to  work with windowblinds becuase you have to install Windowsblinds on an Unattended INstallation disk.  Is there a way to do this in WSB?

To make the tooltip a speech bubble? I never tried it, though I'm 99% sure it'll work just fine. You'll need to get the margins perfect though.
