Where can i find this location in the taskbar please ? it becomes invisible and greyish with this taskbar .

Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBand > BackgroundTop

Not the taskbar , the country location i mean .
 It becomes greyish .

Usually  you see FR or EN etc... and im sure thats the color isnt good but dont know where to change .

Textcolor is at   VistaLegacy > TaskBar + TrayNotify > Basic > ToolBar > TextColor:Color

Background is                                                                               > Button.  Color the image.
