Change DEFAULTPANESIZE:RECT sizes: x,y,width,height.

Right side: Places LIst

Left side: More Programs, Program List, NSC host, Open Box, Search View.  Stay consistent with changed values.

In Win7 this was supposedly fixed (I'm on Vista so I don't know for sure) but look at this just in case:

An EASIER METHOD: Find a vs with a start menu you like. Download it. Open it with VSB. Copy the Start Menu Panels measurements. Change the measurements on your vs to these.
Look at how the measurements are different. It will teach you a lot.

Cry I still try.it is still not working.I found when i open a vs with changed startmenu size,i change the •DEFAULTPANESIZE:RECT it working good. But i creat a new one when i changed •DEFAULTPANESIZE:RECT it not work.

"I experienced this bug, too. At the end I've found a little trick to solve it, at least it worked for me:
Open a vista vs and change the value to your wished value. Then save the vs somewhere and import it as a vista vs to 7. Copy the value to your actually vs you are working on. Maybe you don't need to import the vs..."
That is Spitze's say.i try it,but i am failure.

Thx verymuch everyone!
