How to make a white text in file OOBEFLDR.DLL?

1) open this file
2) extract the 3.txt in UIFILE folder
3) search this part (somewhere in middle)



4) after "element" place this text :
foreground="themeable(argb(255, 255, 128, 64), windowtext)"

5) finally replace "255", "128", "64" by your color (so 255, 255, 255, 255 for white)

Yeah Raj, many Thanks, too..

i was thinking last days about the way to set the shellstyle font in msstyle, but with shadow activated..
it shows the syntax how to..

i've seen in another ui.txt, it's even possible to activate cleartype this way..

this is a new project for the next days

btw the animated thumbnail/icon in previewpane, i didn't get it working.. (tested to mod the shell32.dll)  Cry
but an animation like in oobe would be a big thing...
