Explorer & Shell > Explorer > ListView > ListItem > Hot, Selected, SelectedNotFocus, HotSelected

Nope went there in regular exployer  and window light and dark it's not there

Lists, Menus, & Tabs > ListView > GroupHeader > OpenHot

In fact try all the hot images but that's the one
