I got Windows Style Builder hoping it could help me solve a problem I'm having, but I'm stuck and not getting anywhere.  I am a coder and planning to use this cool tool (https://www.skin-soft.co.uk/products/visualstyler/) that lets you skin your VB.NET application.  It is intended to skin just your application only - not your whole desktop.  You can import an MSSTYLES into it, but currently they only can use XP themes (only).  I hoped that Windows Style Builder would allow me to edit/convert, but it doesn't seem to be able to let me save in the XP msstyles format.
