I say we nuke the entire site from orbit.

It appears WSB can't work now that the Resources / Themes no longer contain a shellstyle.dll. Am I missing something?

Shellstyle is still there: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\shell\normalcolor\shellstyle.dll

Fixed it. I don't know why it was never installed. I ran a clean install of W10FCU too. I simply ran sfc /scannow
