Explorer & Shell > Explorer > ListView > ListItem > Hot and Selected. You can't change the textcolor for those states.

The button on the left is Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Search > Button Toolbar > Basic > SplitButton

The button on the right is Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Search > Button Toolbar > Aero > SplitButtonDropDown

The arrow on the right is Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Toolbar > SplitButtonDropDown > Glyph Image
