i suppose there is a little problem  to the TaskBandExtendedUI  area locations.

The

Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBandExtendedUI > Horizontal > Thumbnails & Controls > CloseCaption

responds probably to shadows as also the rest > Scrollbar, 14 and 15, to shadows too.

The real Close Caption button = the red color exists at the location of CenterControl ie at  : Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBandExtendedUI > Horizontal > Thumbnails & Controls > CenterControl

but where is the location of the white X Glyph, please ?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for the respond , but it does not work. (windows 10 rtm)

Please, do me a favor, and make this change to your system at windows 10 rtm .

The white X Close caption Glyph does not affect from the color or the size of text, to my mstyle.

Does need any other add? or what > see the parameters I added as the final example as to to hide the close glyph select the "script" font with size 1 (also ImageCount 8 for the new image, and SizingType True size as the example) .

Thanks in advance, for all.
