hola me aparese un error al intentar cambiar el color del titulo del panel de control por favor soy nuevo en esto si alguien me ayuda les dejo el enlace para que vean el error

No puede editar las propiedades heredadas directamente. Vas a tener que ir Styles > ControlPanelStyle > Title y cambiar allí. (Google Translate)
