This might not be the best place to ask this.
Anyway, does anyone know which is the correct icon size for top frame? it seems that it's resizing icons.
They surely don't look nice at all.

Just found out that custom caption bar height fucks it up.
Which leads into next question, how to fix it if i want to use higher caption bar ?

Looks like any value over 24 for Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > CAPTIONBARHEIGHT in 8.1 screws up the icon.

No idea if there is any way around it

Yup, i noticed that too. I'll try to mess with it bit more.
Doesn't look promising though.
