I have a bug that i would like to report. It seems when I run wlm and wsb at the sametime it will not save a theme and I have heard others that have had the same issues. Does anyone know what causes this to happen?

Since they are two completely different programs that don't have anything in common I don't see why one would affect the other, and it seems to be a coincidence.

Out of curiosity, are you getting that bug in WSB where the Open/Save file dialogs no longer appear?

That's the same bug I was talking about. It has something to do with WTL which is what WSB is built on. Or that's what I recall Ave telling me.

It has nothing to do with WLM. I get that bug all the time regardless of WLM running or not.

Actually I forgot I found out not to long ago it's not (entirely) WSB's fault and had nothing to do with WTL. Because I found out that any program (WSB, Notepad, Paint, Photoshop, etc) open when this happens, all of them will fail to open the Open/Save dialog as well. I think it has something to do with uxtheme not fully changing a theme properly which breaks that dialog (until the program is restarted)

So ignore my previous post.

I'm not sure if I spoke to Ave about that find but I will tomorrow and see if he can figure it out.

The best thing to do is when this happens, hit test and go to %temp%, sort by date modified and get the first ave****.tmp and copy it to your theme's folder and rename it to yourtheme.msstyles and restart WSB.

Do you mean it gives you an error or the same as above where the program just flickers and the Save dialog box won't pop up?
