How can I change fond color there in WSB ?

Background is Explorer & Shell > Shell > TaskDialog > PrimaryPanel > FILLCOLOR:COLOR

Textcolors are Styles > TaskDialogStyle > MainInstructionPane and Styles > TaskDialogStyle > ContentPane
