Anyone know if theses backgrounds on the right side can be changed if so which .dll? I tried Res Spy but could not find them.

Top gradient is Control Panel Styles > Content Pane > FILLCOLORHINT:COLOR
Bottom gradient is  Blue_Gradient_Vertical and Light_Blue_Gradient_Vertical in wucltux.dll UIFILES

OK I found them in 10 of them files do I just change the rgb #s in all 10?
