Im kinda fed up with that color banding.
It is frustrating trying to find correct gradient mix which looks nice, is there any way to prevent this from happening ?

I tried to extract msstyles with restorator and edited those images which i wanted and put it back together, but transparent parts turned into solid white.
This banding is especially happening with taskbar images.

Any help is appreciated.

I noticed that post earlier but, that link to AlphaConv.exe doesn't work.

Do you happen to know alternative download link ?
