picture 2 : Fonts & System Metrics > Menu:Color for the background color... maybe #1 too...I'm not sure

I've looked all over msstyles for these Expando  Buttons with no luck. Maybe in the Shellstyle?

But the property can affect the color of other area, maybe we could find other path.
