You mean all that ornamental stuff on the sides?
These are usually found in Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window Shadows Might be so here. If it is then be careful because those images will be on all window frames not just these. |

Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Buttons > Navigation > BackButton Windows 10 Dark Mode > Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Buttons > Navigation > BackButton No idea why it's not changing for you |
