RIGHT SIDE regular text color for Seven(C:) etc texts is also Fonts+SystemMetrics?WindowText:Color regular text color for 53.9 go Libre and similar texts is Explorer>ItemsView>ItemsView>Subheader>Normal
Just like I told you. Check it yourself and you will see

I already told you the answers.
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView: Fillcolor has nothing to do with the Personalization window you have pictured. That is the background of the right side of your second picture. Is that what you mean?

You can't change that black textcolor only the background which is PopUp menu background Or you can highlight it and make it visible at Explorer>ListView>ListItem>Hot,Selected,SelectedNotFocus + HotSelected. Color the images If you figure out how to do it please post your solution....it would be a major find

Most of it is in TaskDialog...primarypanel etc. Some parts seem unchangeable, but according to Spitzen: " just by the way: it is possible to hack the run dialogue to avoid this bug (shell32.dll.mui)" but that looks like hexing

one more time:
#1: Explorer+Shell>Explorer>TreeView>:Fillcolor (Background of All Programs tree) Explorer+Shell>Explorer>TreeView>TreeItem: Textcolor (base color of text) Then you go down through Hot, Selected, Pressed, SelectedNotFocus etc, put in textcolors for each state, color the images for highlights. This will affect other trees too.
#2 This is one of the black textcolors NOBODY knows how to change. If you figure out let everyone know how..it'd be a great find.

Forget what I said about Task Manager...you want Run Dialog which is in Shell>TaskDialog Panels, BtnFace:Color, Window:Color and WindowText:Color. Some of it you can't change like the central white background + black text.
Like ka-la said: all of this has been on the Forum a lot....use the Search.

The first is a shell32.dll bmp 632-635..can't remember which. The calendar is in Explorer+Shell>Shell>MonthCal + Date Picker You want blue text where? Left side is Explorer>TreeView>TreeItem. Right Side is Fonts+SystemMetrics>WindowText:color Not Sure about Task Manager...Check out Shell>TaskDialog parts....if not there then Fonts+SystemMetrics>BtnFace:Color..and maybe Tab>Body ka-la's right about Paint...you can't change that part of it.

The writing on the left and in the box is just Fonts+SystemMetrics>WindowText:Color.
The background when you hover over it is Fonts+SystemMetrics>BtnFace:Color

Web boxes text is Fonts+SystemMetrics>WindowText:Color
Web boxes background and frame is: Buttons,Boxes+Controls>Boxes>Edit>Basic>EditBorder(no scroll)
You can't change the black text color in drop-down menu in #1.
I think the line in #2 is Fonts+SystemMetrics>WindowFrame:Color

Just a couple of months ago you couldn't even LOOK at this forum unless you logged on.
Even when I registered and all it still took days and an email begging for help before I was able to log on.
Things have sure changed. Anymore I don't even bother logging on unless I feel like posting something.....

I don't know how extensive this is....but if it's just those rectangular boxes that pop up when you hover search or caption buttons then that's Fonts&SystemMetrics>InfoBk:Color & InfoText:Color in Vista at least.
