That's the Windows 7 Copy Window. You should be using the one in 8:

which can be can be edited in your msstyle

Thanks man. But it's the Send To for things like 'compressed zip file'. And yes, it's Windows 8.1

Guys, where is the location of the image or images (highlighted inside the red rectangle) for the Send To animation?

Thanks in advance!  Smiley

Edit: Just found this:

(is it safe for me to edit the gradients for this UIFILE in System32.dll for Win 8.1? And, since I'm using a x64 version of Windows, do I need to modify the Shell32.dll in SysWOW64 also?)
124  Help / Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 / Re: Stable version, avoid black screen, etc... on: September 17, 2014, 11:10:43 pm
I know from hard experience that UltraUXThemePatcher has been the culprit of 99% of my past black-screens. It happened like 3 times, when I used to use that one. Right now I'm using the latest version of UXTheme Multi-Patcher. It, rather than patching your system-files directly, runs as a service and loads with the system memory I think...and from what I understand, is a lot safer.

No problems with me about that port whatever happened.

I did it for fun and said anybody could do what they wanted with it.

I saw yours when you put it up on DA. Looks good Smiley

Yeah I posted about that Library Title thing a long time ago here

Awesome, mate, thanks for understanding. And I'll add something about you porting the original just the same. I think it's the right thing to do, if that's OK with you.

126  Main / Announcements / Re: No support for pirated copies on: September 17, 2014, 01:15:30 pm
Well I have to admit that I have used pirated copies in the past. Because I couldn't pay at the time. That's not something I'm proud of, but I'm man enough to admit it just the same. I had no PayPal, no credit-card, and my wife & I had agreed long ago to never do financial transactions online... That's no excuse, I know, and I apologize to Ave and the whole community here....Using pirated software affects everyone in some way, right? I should have just waited until I could pay for it, I admit. Downloading pirated anything is wrong, whether it's software, movies, music, etc., and does hurt the people who created those legitimate items....But, on the other hand, some people, like yours truly, wind up buying the said items after having tried out the pirated knockoffs. That's more true for software than music or movies.

So, last week I had my father-in-law buy my new copy of VSB with his credit card (and I paid him back), and now I'm happy to be here with a 100% legit copy, to be a part of this awesome community (I know many of you from other sites, of course), and to know that I am now helping to support Ave's software and am no longer guilty of robbery (even though I didn't personally 'crack' the software myself).

I think the registration here is very intelligently done, having to set up your account with your activation-code, and I think it will severely cause set-backs for the pirates out there. Given that it's so difficult to find things like new classmaps, stylehacks, and impossible to get support for the pirated versions, it ultimately winds up working out in Ave's favor. And the community's. I for one will NOT be giving my key up to some torrent site...or to anyone! I will guard it closely, you can bet your b-hinds on that. Nor will I be giving away any stylehacks or classmaps posted here. And I will definitely be continuing to support Ave and the community here as much as I can in the future.

Anyone--

Would someone tell me the path in the newest beta (or in the shellstyle.dll)  for the white line (separator) that's visible in my Control Panel pictured below (when View by: Large icons/Small icons is chosen)?:

It's not there in View by: Category, just in the icons views.

If this was already answered, my apologies. And thanks ahead of time for any response!

Edit: I found it--

Using the new beta, in  Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule > Library Title > Title

The image was a white gradient, which I re-colored to #1A1A1A, tested, and it seems to blend away now.

3am: I uploaded, a little while back, a port of Pachenko for 8.1 that I had gotten ahold of, in pretty rough form, from some guy at deviantART months ago...Well, I had forgotten the guy's name, and never heard from him again. So, I took "his" basic port of the vs, and since charleston said it was ok to port/modify/repost Pachenko, I decided to work on it....Now I did have some help, from Lamia (LDC) and neiio, with several things along the way. Like the jumplist fix, some images, etc.

But here's the thing I noticed when I downloaded the versions you have posted here: The ThemeId (in the .theme files) are identical. {58490E4B-74DD-4375-B09F-433511C44306} (is this something you put in there?)
So---If you are the guy who did the main porting in "my" version of Pachenko 8.1 then I owe you some recognition/credits. Like I said already, I was given a link for the rough (maybe 1st) version, basic port, by some guy who soon after removed the link and disappeared...Then I decided to finish fixing it up and upload it to DA. I would never try to claim responsibility for someone else's work, but people come-and-go on the Internet and I just figured the dude winked outa existence. I was unaware that you'd made the version posted here until Nguyen (link6155 there at DA) had commented on my upload that 'someone had beaten me to it' (porting Pachenko). And now that I've purchased VSB and set up an account here I have confirmed that for myself.

Anyway, if I need to give you credits at my DA upload, by all means let me know:    http://y-n-1-f.deviantart.com/art/Pachenko-8-1-vs-473765171

Cheers mate! ---jimmy
