1. if i fail to test a theme from WSB i reboot my pc 2 times when windows logo appears i shut it down, and the Automatic Repair screen appears i go to Advanced Settings/Options, and choose Command Prompt, i run notepad from there and i press File>Open, down there i choose "All Files" and i go to
 C:\ProgramData\Windows Style Builder\Testing
and delete all files from there

2. if i was a noob and put the theme in the Themes folder not even testing it in WSB and apply it from Windows theme Settings and i got a blank screen too, i reboot my pc 2 times when windows logo appears i shut it down, and the Automatic Repair screen appears i go to Advanced Settings/Options, and choose Command Prompt, i run notepad from there and i press File>Open, down there i choose "All Files" and i go to This PC then on partition where is Windows and then in

and i copy the aero.msstyles from aero folder then i copy it in my broken theme folder, delete the broken .msstyles and paste aero.msstyles there and rename it accordingly to that old deleted .msstyles theme , and i reboot, i don't need to do system restore points and wait a lot of time

exactly my problem, can't stand this white theme....i'm keeping WSB opened and testing

1. i done a File>New , then imported some properties from Steam theme, importing and testing original steam theme give's me a black screen, but i press Alt+F4 and close WSB and all is going back to normal

the commandmodule problem solved, but when i move my theme in Themes and want to apply it still nothing

i'm on this build too, installed ultrauxthemepatcher
when i'm testing in WSB it's goes well, i can't find only this

 

searched in Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule but can't find any solution


and second problem is when i want to try the theme and move it to Themes folder i get this

navigation arrows are not changing even if in theme are changed, it's from ExplorerFrame.dll ?

on windows 8.1 i got the AMAP (window animations) from aero.msstyles in ported themes, but on windows 10 it's not woking

at least jumplist is not a mess anymore

 

and i was amazed that i did nothing to modify to show this images on panels



unfortunately when i use a modded theme the Start icon is not showing, but i will wait the full release and then let the modding begin

Hi, i'm trying some themes from windows 7/8.1 and i got some big rectangles instead of squares

Windows 10 latest build is so smooth, it's a pleasure to work in it, tried to import some Win7 to 10, at least no more jumplist errors and all the stuff, Start menu is cool, notofication areas are too fine

 

 

 

we will wait 29 July when Win 10 will be released, and then will begin a new modding hunting

if win10 will not be good for modding i will go back to 8.1 or 7

3am, same on 10061, black screen with cursor, the system can't boot further, i holded Shift then pressed Restart, and select Command Prompt, then i deleted OldNewExplorer through CMD, then a reboot and all is fine

just installed OldNewExplorer, now it's fine

BTW, what to use to get rid of that white area? i installed Ribbon Disabler from Winaero, but not in all themes is that white area

 

and the size of taskbar icons are big

testing, actually Cortana is working after updates, Start and Cortana are changing the colour according to theme, but i still get white areas, i'm using OldNewExplorer and Ribbon Disabler2
