1  Help / Windows 7 / Re: WSB "Open" Button Issues on: July 09, 2013, 06:15:44 pm
Those mistakes were me trying to resolve the problem. Except the margins =P. As I stated in a previous post...you ought to be given some type of "trophy" =))) I can't thank you enough...honestly.

Yes, and compared it with the original .msstyles. There are a lot of modifications when compared to the orig. If I was to take a guess. The issue may lie within [Shell>Task Dialog]. Again, your time is appreciated.

[I haven't tried to open another visual style for quiet sometime. So I can't draw a reasonable timeline. You know what I mean?] Honestly, don't waste your time if it becomes a hastle. I can always add it to the .ini within %appdata%

I would like to apologize for the delay in response, I didn't think you would be so prompt. 3am you should be given some type of "Trophy". Every single thread I have viewed has your hand in it somewhere =P. Your help is appreciated =))
4  Help / Windows 7 / Re: WSB "Open" Button Issues on: July 09, 2013, 05:01:30 am
If "Open Media"  pop up within VLC is an example then yes they seem to work just fine. I only have noticed this flaw within WSB. Although if I apply a different theme, everything works smoothly. Unfortunately, the link you posted didn't resolve the problem.
5  Help / Windows 7 / WSB "Open" Button Issues on: July 08, 2013, 09:42:44 pm
When I click the open button on the rebar, a dialog box used to popup. Now, when selected the rebar buttons disappear for a second or two & return to the screen as if I hadn't done a thing. I cant seem to pinpoint where exactly the error lies withing my visual style & was hoping someone with a bit more knowledge could shed some light my way. =) Thank you in advance

8  Help / Windows 7 / Re: Reflections what are they? on: April 10, 2013, 01:33:43 am
My objective is to have the reflection image & desktop BG align seamlessly. So as the only distinction between the two is the window border/content. Yet this has proven to be quiet more challenging than I thought. Trying different variations in resolution & the display type [tile, stretch, center etc.] yet, still slightly off. I am determined to achieve my goal. Im not an expert but I think the problem lies within how the image is displayed on the desktop. As if the picture is displayed slightly off the screen, [1x -1y]. If that makes sense. Anybody have a cleaver trick or something I am overlooking?
9  Help / Windows 7 / Re: Beginner help with first VS on: January 22, 2013, 09:02:19 am
Now it is a little unclear to me, what the difference is between List View & Items View. I would like to know if it is even possible to add a drop shadow to the text in explorer. My current theme is best used with FullGlass.exe, and I would like it to remain this way but found most text is difficult to read. Alternativly I could change my wallpaper but prefur not. So, can a drop shadow be added?
10  Help / Windows 7 / ___RESOLVED___Sys Tray Icons Resize Themselves? on: January 15, 2013, 03:07:03 am
___RESOLVED___

My tray icons appear  normal and everything appears as it should, until I start Taskmgr. Once open, the tray icons seem to "resize" themselves. Its rather odd, doing a bit of tinkering with some properties I just can't seem to resolve this issue. If I drag one icon, as if to rearrange them, they return to normal size. I cant quiet pin the problem, any help someone can give me would be most appreciated.

I believe the answer lay with the size of the tray itself. Resized the image and no more problem :-)
11  Help / Windows 7 / Start Menu Is Very Frustrating, I can't take anymore =P on: December 02, 2012, 06:51:18 am
I have tampered with this thing far to much, just when I think I have it right, WRONG. If someone wouldn't mind taking a peek at my msstyle and see if they spot any rookie errors, I would greatly greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

13  Help / Windows 7 / WSB "The Webpage Cannot Be Found" on: November 20, 2012, 02:24:37 am
This has become a bit of an eyesore, everytime I launch WSB or resize the window this error reappears. Can someone direct me on how to either remove this window, or how to make it load. Thank you for any insight =)
14  Help / Windows 7 / Re: Start Menu BG Image Fail on: November 14, 2012, 01:18:00 am
Well here is the final result. Took a little bit of fidadling with, but turned out relativly nice. Now I intend on making the program list fade into the carbonfiber. So the image doesn't have such a distinct edge to it. Check it out....
15  Help / Windows 7 / Re: Start Menu BG Image Fail on: November 13, 2012, 08:49:18 am
Both Panda & Grim, I thank you both so sincerely, resizing the content margins did the trick. So basically you set the sizing margins to tile the ends of each square? Now that you have given me the answer for my places panel, lets see how quick I can conquer the remaining panels. You both are fantastic you kthat =P. Thank you again. Check back if you'd like to see my final result.
16  Help / Windows 7 / [Resolved ]Start Menu BG Image Fail on: November 13, 2012, 12:18:48 am
Although I am still a novice with WSB, I am trying to add an image to the BG in the places list. The left side is correct,& the image created for the right should have displayed just as I had invisioned. Of course, on replacing the image the result wasn't so perfect. So i believe that I have set a setting incorrectly. Anybody who can help resolve my issue, It is much appreciated.

- PS. Is there somewhere I can find a list of the WSB properties & their effects?

Thanks Again,
   -Brandon
