try:
Start Menu > Menus > Aero > KeyBoard:TreeView > TreeItem
Start Menu > Menus > Aero > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem
Start Menu > Menus > Aero > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem > Hot
add the "Textcolor" property

for the search view, like for explorer:
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics (WindowsText): normal
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView: hover

 in explorer:
all programs: Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView (fillcolor)
for the search view, your must create your own image Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > SearchView

in search view mode the background color is that you gave to your image
go to Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > SearchView: add your own image, you'll understand

The whole search thing:   Aero > Top> SearchView. Color the image
Aero > Top > More Results. Color the image

For the search results: Background is Fonts+SystemMetrics > WindowColor:Color

For All Programs Tree : Explorer+Shell > Explorer > TreeView:Fillcolor  color background

EDIT: Almost forgot. For total search picture you also gotta color images at: Aero > Top > Open Box Extended
                                                                                                          Aero> Top > LogOff Extended
                                                                                                          Basic > LogOffSplitButtonLeftExtended
                                                                                                          Basic > LogOffSplitButtonRightExtended

here's a pic:

Red is StartMenu > Panels > Aero > Top > SearchView
Light Blue is                                       >MoreResults
Orange is                                           >LogOffExtended
Pink is                                               >OpenBoxExtended
Yellow is                         >Basic> LogOffSplitButtonLeftExtended
White                                        LogOffSplitButtonRightExtended
Green is Explorer+Shell > Explorer > ListView > ListItem > SelectedNotFocus
