In case anyone was wondering the line in this picture

is the images at both Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule > Library Title and Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule > Library Title > Title

They are in a strange location and if you change one the other changes too lol

It's just the same image, WSB is just doing the thing where it'll show you a state of an image like it always has. Since there's 1 state and image height(55px)/(IMAGECOUNT:INT = 1) = image height(55px) it just shows the same image. For example, there's no image at this location: Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Buttons > Button > PushButton > Normal however WSB still shows you the state because it cuts the image preview in 1/6th (IMAGECOUNT:INT = 6)
