Title: [Solved] What is "ToolWindow" ?
Post by: DarthWound on December 27, 2012, 07:19:00 pm
Hi there, I bought StyleBuilder yesterday, what an awesome and not expensive tool.

I searched in the forums and with my friend Google (we are all friends with him I guess), I tested all kind of windows, but I still don't know what is the ToolWindow section for.

Have you got an (illustrated) example ?

Thanks, I'll surely have other questions later :p

If you are talking about Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > ToolWindow Bottom, left, right, top then that is for some programs frame like Gimp.

Yep I'm talking about this, sorry I haven't put the path.

Ok, my GIMP is in "unique windows mode" so I haven't seen the difference.
By the way, GIMP doesn't use my themes except for the windows frames and the menu bar / items. I guess that I have to write a GTK2 theme too...

Thanks for your rapid answer man, topic solved :)
