Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools\Advanced Tools\Adjust Appearance and Performance of Windows/Visual Effects But if you do this your window frames will all be Shadowless Frames now. I thought i can change the color. Long time ago i used Yz shadow http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/Yz-Shadow.shtml but for some reason is not working properly under Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
