I've seen it changed. Someone hex edited some file but I can't remember which.

Do you remember where you saw this or who did it? Anything, so I could start tracking this down?

Hell, I'd be willing to learn how to hex-edit or anything to get this problem solved.

Time to put you under hypnosis or pump you full of truth serum or something to jog your memory lol.

If I recall correctly it was on WinJade (then AeroXP), though I don't recall if the person told anyone exactly how.
