in vista the separator (sizer) is 5px wide. it's set somewhere in the shellstyle.txt propertree-section, you can change it there, even removing it in WIN7 it's only 3px wide.. the second one is a fillcolor, but i don't know actually where it is, i had changed it in an older theme, maybe it helps searching for fillcolors with that RGB-value..
