I don't have this particular problem. But I have a lot of other ones and ONLY with Windows 7 and NEVER with Vista.

What is the difference between how WSB interacts with 7 and with Vista? What is so different about the two operating systems?

For some reason WSB and 7 just don't seem to get along very well. :S

Mostly just different XMLs. I think it may be entirely XMLs.

Then I guess it's an XML problem?

How are they different? Why does one set work better than the other one?

They aren't different other than different class names.
