Title: Control panel images and text
Post by: vistatweak on October 05, 2009, 10:27:04 am
Hoping to get some help with the image and text in this if possible ?

My questions are in the Black colored text.

 Thank you.

WOW! Extremely nice design!!

But i can't believe you haven't found out, when i see how far the progress of this theme is.

search all fonts in VSB and check them step by step, there must be some blue and green fonts colors.

some fonts in the library pane are in the shellstyle.txt

 Thanks sunbeam2000

It's coming on nice, I found the color fill for the larger bottom section but having a hard time finding the rest  :P

 will keep looking.

Font colors should be here: Styles > ControlPanelStyle
For the color of the line take a look at your shell32.dll.  It's an image.

Spitzen , thanks a lot for the info I take one look at your  vs / themes / design work and I know you know a lot , appreciate
 the help.
So looks as though I need to attack the shell32.dll to change the CP navigation and fly-out panes ? or can they be color filled ?

Hi koumy for the CP icons I just used IconPackager.

Thanks and yes, you have to change the images - as far as I know, this is the only way to modify it
