Hey can someone tell me where the locations are to change the white to black?

second pic is sureley shell32.dll

#1 and #3 are bitmaps 632-635 in shell32.dll (you want to change all four)
#4 is buttons,boxes&controls>buttons>button>commandlink (color the image)
        explorer&shell>shell>taskdialog>primary panel: fillcolor
the rest I'm not sure but check out taskdialog  especially primary and secondary panels
