There's no FILLCOLOR propriety

Add it using Add Property button

If you just want it on Select but not Hover then Fonts & System Metrics > HIGHLIGHT:COLOR

Adding Lists, Menus & Tabs > ListView > ListItem > FILLCOLOR:COLOR works on both Select and Hover

(If you just want the highlight before selecting or hovering that's Fonts & System Metrics > BTNFACE:COLOR)
