I downloaded working virtual styles for Windows 1709 and another one for Windows 1903 from deviantart and want to modify them. Can I use Windows Style Builder V1.5.6.3 to edit directly these virtual styles? Or do I first have to apply the patches by Mr. GRiM? If I understood it correctly, these patches are just needed in case one would like to import and convert Win7/Win8-visual styles to Win10-styles?
