I have a theme that has the Address Bar hidden in Explorer and I.E., and I would like to restore it.
I've searched here and Google, and come up dry.
Would it require editing the shellstyle.dll?

If so return the CONTENTMARGINS:MARGIN to (0, 0, 0, 3)
