Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBandExtendedUI.

Thumbnails & Controls

If you are in Basic go to: Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBandExtendedUI > Horizontal  > BasicMode for Background & BackgroundShadow.
Everything else is in Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBandExtendedUI > Horizontal  & Vertical> Thumbnails & Controls.
