Couple of beginner questions..

Brand new to VSB and skinning in general.. I'm making a bunch of assumptions in usage so please correct me if I'm wrong. Unfortunately, I don't have the documentation to refer to.
1. In VSB/msstyle.. are margins and positions/coordinates presented the same way as CSS? ie: top, right, bottom, left
2. Is there a way to bulk extract (or disassemble, whatever the correct term is) the component images from the default Aero theme? (or a download where this has already been done?) Being able to see each piece outside of VSB will help in mocking up designs.. not to mention being able to 1:1 correlate changes between what I do and the original.

I pulled the image folder out of Aero using Restorator , Sorry they are all numbered and not named.
