How do I edit the elements of this
this is the popup window when you have something open and to hover over the icon on the taskbar

what to make it look like my Frames on all my other windows

Frame background : Windows 7>Taskbar & Tray Notify >Aero > Thumbnails & Controls > Background -> edit this with editor
Shadow : Windows 7>Taskbar & Tray Notify >Aero > Thumbnails & Controls > BackgroundShadow
Item List (the blue frame in your image) : Windows 7>Taskbar & Tray Notify >Aero > Thumbnails & Controls > ListItem

Just so you know all those paths have changed in 1.5.

Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBandExtendedUI  all these.
