Where is the text glow behind the text in the black box?
I already removed the glow at Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Glows > Text & that's not it.

Check this: Explorer & Shell > Shell > TextGlow > Glow

Panda X that"s not it, thanks for trying
I got it from Dave Senior at Virtual Customs
change text glow size and glow intensity to 0 here -
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Colors (Globals)
