Hard to tell from pic but...

Try StartMenu > Menus > Aero > Keyboard:TreeView > TreeItem  or

StartMenu > Menus > Basic > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem

Hot, HotSelected etc

I think the font is Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > IconTitleFont:Font  (but this will change fonts in a lot of places)

Is this a better pic ?  You get this after you press "all programs"  I changed the background to Orange? Can I just change fonts in this window without changing the whole thing? John

1) StartMenu > Menus > Basic > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem > Hot etc for background. Color the image.

2) No. Don't think so.
