Title: Status Bar Icons & CP Font Color ?
Post by: vistatweak on October 11, 2009, 10:54:35 pm
Hi,

I've managed to find where to change the font color for most of the control panel fonts
but still can't locate the "view by" one shown here ?

If anyone knows if, and if so how, to control the icons that show in the status bar ?

Thanks guys.

Have searched for that one long time ago. Never found it. Don't think, it is in the msstyles

some Fonts are set in the shellstyle uifile.txt (for example the library pane at the end of the file)

and some are set in the shell32.dll (there are multiple uifile.txt: general windows and also the control-panel window settings)

i guess the icons are set in explorer.exe (not sure, but i had a modified explorer.exe on vista, where the icons in folderband were changed, maybe it's there, too)
