I found another way to remove it
Set CONTENTMAGINS: -1, -1, -1, -1 for Button\PushBotton

That bug has been with us for over a year and there's no way to get around it. Go into %temp% and sort by date and get the latest ave****.tmp and rename it to whatever.msstyles.

I just found out the margin trick causes some buttons to be sized too small.
