if you use vista:

1) Explorer & Shell > Explorer > ListView > ListItem > Hot (selected etc)
2) Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics BTNFACE:COLOR
3) like 1)
4) Lists, Menus & Tabs > ListView > GroupHeader (HEADING1TEXTCOLOR)
