It would be cool if we could use the same engine that WSB uses to apply themes in Windows 8.1 Right now personalize doesn't cut it. Without a registry hack a lot of the fonts and Desktop WindowMetrics don't apply. Not sure how hard it would be to implement but it would be a great idea I think. I could help design with the GUI to select the themes but I'm no programmer so my resources are limited. I beg someone to make this a reality. :) I'm open to certain feature options as well.
