WSB "The Webpage Cannot Be Found"

This has become a bit of an eyesore, everytime I launch WSB or resize the window this error reappears. Can someone direct me on how to either remove this window, or how to make it load. Thank you for any insight =)

I'm just going to post this again and sticky the topic:

It's going to be replaced with something else. It kept getting abused so it had to be taken offline.
