Title: Task Manager End Process Won't Pop Up
Post by: Yushatak on September 07, 2012, 06:02:16 pm
For a while, I was having a problem where after hitting "End Process", nothing would happen. I thought I must have tweaked something that busted it. Eventually I went to another theme for a bit, and it worked fine. Somehow my theme is breaking that popup box... and I have no idea how.

Please? You can DL the theme here:

I really would like to be able to rely on task manager while my theme is active.. :|

You are missing the HEIGHT:SIZE and WIDTH:SIZE properties at Explorer & Shell > Shell > TaskDialog > ExpandoButton

Copy and Paste them from aero.msstyles into your msstyles and you'll be fine. I tested it and all your Task Dialog boxes are back :)

I attached your msstyles with the changes done for you

YAY! :D

Perhaps you know what's wrong with the click-and-drag-files popups that say "Copy To", "Move To", "Create Shortcut" that change with modifier keys..? :o

If I fix that then there are no known bugs.. :3

Did you try Charleston's solution here? It works :)

It was a while after I had last checked that thread, and I hadn't revisited it (yet). Can't wait. :D Hours and hours of per-pixel labor will finally come to fruition!

Thanks!
