Hi, I wanted to edit the windows classic theme and I was wondering if there was a windows classic .msstyles file, I looks like the themes folder and all I found was a .theme file

Classic is drawn from GDI using vectors. Not raw images like the msstyles are.

You could always edit the Basic theme, and make it look like the Classic one, all be it with the changes you wanted to make...
