visual style not shown

I'm using an older visual style, i did modify it in the last months, and i don't know why, but it does not appear on right click - desktop / personalize, but the theme is working

I wanted to use this theme on my second laptop, same Windows 7 x64, i already installed Universal Theme Patcher, but as i said, i can't see it on right click - desktop / personalize, same happent on the desktop pc
